Attention: COVID-19 Level 3
×

Under alert level 3, we can offer all products and services, but with restrictions on the way we can perform those services.
These restrictions have been set out by the New Zealand Veterinary Council, the Ministry of Primay Industries, and the New Zealand Veterinary Association, and are necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to and between staff and clients should it appear.

Under advice from these authorities we must implement a closed door policy. This means that no client can be allowed into the clinic.

When you arrive in your car, a PPE protected nurse maintaining 2 metre distancing, will take your details and the reason for your visit.
A PPE protected veterinarian, maintaining 2 metre distancing, will come to see you in your car, take further notes, and then take your pet into the clinic for examination.

When all is finished your pet and any medication will be brought back to your car.
Payment will be taken from outside the clinic.

We ask that you maintain 2 metre distancing from others, and do not follow a nurse or veterinarian into the clinic.
The only time we will allow a client to enter the clinic is if there is an urgent need to go to the toilet.

Thank you for your cooperation.
