Nurse Jobs at Great South VetsThere are no receptionist/nurse positions currently availableWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to fill the part time role of veterinary receptionist/nurse in our busy veterinary clinic and cattery. The position is based on a variable weekday roster of approximately 20 hours per week and involves cleaning,nursing, animal handling, frontline client interaction and related duties. The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in animals and customer service. Experience is not essential although job dedication, enthusiasm and hard working are desirable attributes. You will not be afraid to get your hands dirty, or put in extra hours when required. Basic computer knowledge is necessary, although full training will be given in our own software. Full training in veterinary nursing tasks will be provided, and you will eventually be expected to become competent in all aspects of this role as required by the clinic and veterinary team.
