  • For us to accept your cat for boarding we require the following:
    • A current vaccination certificate showing your cat has been vaccinated against feline flu within the last 9 months.
If the vaccination needs to be updated, ensure it is done 14 days or more before boarding.
NOTE: We do accept cats that have been vaccinated less than 14 days before boarding, but they will be held in the clinic's isolation ward until the 14 days has elapsed. They will then be transfered to the boarding area. This service is at no extra cost.
    • Worm treatment within the last 4 weeks and flea treatment within the last 2 weeks. If your cat is found to have either worms or fleas on first entry or while in the cattery; we will treat him/her at your cost.
  • If the dates you seek are available, then confirm your booking, and pay the full boarding fee. We accept payment by one of the following payment methods.
    • Credit card details over the phone (09) 278 4165
    • Cash, Eftpos or Credit Card at the clinic (Great South Vets)
    • We do not accept cheques.
  • We will be expecting you to drop your cat off on the first day of your booking. Although the cats are cleaned, watered, fed and looked after on public holidays, you cannot drop off or pick up your cat on a public holiday. You need to take this into account when making your booking.
  • Our Boarding pick up and drop off hours are the same as the clinics. The clinic is closed on public holidays as is the cattery.
  • Leave your cat with us and enjoy your holiday knowing he/she is safe, secure and happy.
